PlatformConnector ("PlatformConnector," "we," "us") is the secure connection service operated by Aidelly. PlatformConnector lets you connect your social media accounts to the tools you use to publish, schedule, and manage content. This policy explains what information we handle when you connect an account, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we handle

Account connection data. When you authorize a connection, the platform (for example Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube/Google, TikTok, or Pinterest) provides us with access tokens and a basic account identifier (such as your account ID, name, username, and profile image) so we can act on your behalf.
Content you choose to manage. The posts, captions, media, comments, and schedules you create or manage through the tool you use.
Platform responses. Data the platform returns about your authorized actions, such as published-post IDs and the analytics or engagement metrics tied to your content.

We request the minimum scope of access required to perform the actions you ask for. We do not request access to data unrelated to publishing and managing your own content.

How we use information

To establish and maintain the connections you authorize.
To carry out the actions you request — publishing, scheduling, retrieving, and managing your content and its performance.
To keep connections working, including refreshing access tokens.
To secure the service and detect or prevent abuse.

We do not sell your information or your audience's information, and we do not use it for advertising or to train unrelated models.

Google API Services — Limited Use

PlatformConnector's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and improve the features you request, is not transferred or sold except as needed to provide those features or as required by law, and is not used for advertising.

How we share information

With the tool you connected. Connection data is made available to the application (and, where applicable, the agency or workspace) you authorized so it can provide the features you use.
With service providers that host and operate the service under contract, bound to protect the data.
When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Retention and deletion

We keep connection data only as long as the connection is active or as needed to provide the service. You can disconnect at any time from the tool you use, or revoke access directly in the platform's own settings (for example, your Google Account's third-party access page). Revoking access stops further use immediately. To request deletion of stored connection data, contact us at privacy@platformconnector.app.

Security

Access tokens and connection data are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to the systems and personnel that need it to operate the service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
