These terms govern your use of PlatformConnector, the secure connection service operated by Aidelly. By connecting a social media account through PlatformConnector, you agree to these terms.

What PlatformConnector does

PlatformConnector establishes authorized connections between your social media accounts and the application you use to publish, schedule, and manage content. It acts only on the permissions you grant on each platform's official authorization screen.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorized to manage the accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each connected platform's terms and policies.
• You must not use the service to send spam, infringe others' rights, or violate applicable law.

Connections and access

You can disconnect an account at any time, which revokes PlatformConnector's access going forward. Platforms may also change or revoke API access independently, which can affect available features.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for actions taken by the connected platforms or for content you choose to publish.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aidelly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PlatformConnector.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
